 Ken brings to Onset thirty years of practical experience in all facets of Construction, ranging from Director of Project Management to Chief Operating Officer. Ken studied for his Masters of Architecture at the University of Toronto which has since assisted him with the many responsibilities he has had. These responsibilities have included; procurement of Architects and Engineers for design, permit drawings, and site review; and liaison with Clients and Consultants for turnkey contracts including budgeting, design, engineering, scheduling, tendering, approvals, permits, construction, inspections and move management.
As President Ken is responsible for the marketing and presentation of services that Onset has to offer to prospective clients as well as the oversight of the resulting contracts. His skills were proven successful on the following selected list of projects:
